Horrible company all around and even worse customer service. Unfortunately I am in the process of closing on a house with their leased panels and I am trying to transfer the lease to my name. They have no consideration for your time sensitive info. At this point I’ve been reaching out daily via email and phone call and have not received anything back in over a week. I am about to lose the sale of the house all because of their very poor effort. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with spruce Solar. Even after paying on time over the phone, the next billing cycle still has: * Previous Balance Fees * Late Fees When I speak to a collections agent, which happens to be the only line that answers the phone, they rudely state the same script. I am enrolled in electronic billing, but I don't get to see the electronic bill only the amount and I don't trust them since their business model continues to the fees. When I do call billing, I get connected to a 3rd party answering service that takes my information and tells me that Spruce will call me back, but they never do. If anyone has advice on a class action lawsuit for predatory billing please let me know.

Solar not working
I have spoke to several representatives and was told that I had to wait for 8 to 10 days for assistance with the claim. I sent all the information that was requested from email.They won’t answer or returned calls from my phone number.The solar panel now is just a decoration attach to the house but they seem to have no problems sending a monthly bill. I don’t understand how I’m even receiving a bill if it’s not working.I’m located in California which is probably one of the problems because why would that care about a whole different state. I will be looking into some legal assistance because I don’t see why my obligation to pay for something not working monthly.It should be illegal how a large company can continue mistreating customers and nothing is being done.People like this shouldn’t even be able to obtain money for bad service that they issue to others.
